Toe nail growing strange

I know if the photo come out . The first thing is we. But I need to find out how my toe nail became strange and it do not hurt I do not
Think it growing either I can not rally afford
To see a doctor or hospital the co payment is like $100 for this kind of visit . Has anyone seen a toe nail like this?

@enlightenedpsych2 yes I agree but some how it went back to normal after I took a bath with that special salt and applecider vinger with the mother in it

For me my work shoes feel comfortable
They are Steel toe. .but it still can be a possibility since when I worked I just stand in the same spot for 4 hours a day
