I posted last week that I have ordered the 2017 inserts for my planner/agenda. Today, Fedex delivered them. I ordered the inserts from filofax for my pocket sized agenda. I got the yearly planner in one extendable page, the week in 2 pages, and the day in one page. I am planning to use the week in 2 pages inserts for my personal stuff (appointments, birthdays, gatherings, finances, etc) while I plan to use the day in one page inserts for a new planner which I plan to get solely for work and school use (homework, exams, deadlines, meetings, projects, etc.). I plan to get another LV PM agenda but this time in damier ebene print. I already have the same size in monogram.

Well, 2017 is coming soon, it's very hard to believe how time passes by like that.

I am a big fan of planners. I finally found one that is perfect for me. I got the BlueSky weekly/monthly planner with the photo insert to make your own covers. It is perfect for me! I love making my own covers out of gift bags and the weekly/monthly layout is great for me.

@Raine38 I watch Youtube videos about decorating planners on a regular basis. Lots of ideas. The planner I have now is good because I just have to cut the gift bag to fit the insert section!

I have seen those and they seemed like user friendly. I wish I have the creative eye and hand to decorate my own planner or personalize it the way I see fit, but unfortunately I can't seem to do it without making it look like a crowded mess.

I have to plan ahead, because I have many dates to remember now, like exam dates and paper due dates. Before it's just birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, and holidays. Time flies so fast! Another year down.

When I'am still working I used to have a planner too, but now that I'm just at home I think no need for it for now.

It does make sense. Although someday you may ant to have even just a notebook to list down your reminders or things to do. It does not even have to be an actual planner - any method that works for you to remember stuff.

It is a good start. Sometimes things don't happen according to plan though, but it's okay. We just have to manage and adjust.

@Raine38 Yea.. When things doesn't go the way it's planned, it becomes a bit hard.. Managing and adjusting is just the best option then

That sounds like a nice agenda. Nice to hear someone actually keeps a hard copy agenda these days

It is, its holding up pretty well for me. Like I said I'm old school. I even prefer an actual physical book over an ebook.

I have to write things down - I am old school. I feel I am more organized when I have things on paper, even though I do not get all things done. It's just nice to have some semblance of control on planning my life
