So Stressful

My sister in Maryland sent us a package.
She said they brought it to the Cargo Company on July 27, 2016
But until now it is still not delivered to us.
Usually , packages from US only takes 2 months to be delivered to the recipients here in the Philippines.
But this one is already 3 months and 8 days to be exact.
Their contact person here is not answering his phone and most of the time his phone is unattended.
The customer service has the same answer every time I call them. They have no update actually.
This Cargo Company is really causing us so much stress.
But we are still hoping that it will be delivered to us even if some of the items there already expired...

That is a long time.
I hope your package will be delivered to you soon, somehow. Can your sister call the company to ask the whereabouts?

@infatuatedbby Nope. This is the first time they sent a package through this company.
The previous company they are using has closed already.
