Kalimera, Kalimera and Happy Friday to you all. My header is a spin-off from the movie "If its Tuesday, This must be Belgium" which I have not seen yet - but MUST see in the December holidays. I am so pleased that my equilibrium is almost back to normal; that is my state of rest and balance due to the equal action of opposing forces! Having been queasy all week, not eating much, has weakened me more than I would have liked and it seems that my body fats were quite able to carry me through it all, and now its time to get the appetite restored and my strength back to normal. My friend and I - in good Friday fashion are off to have some "tea" and chocolate cake. I am not fond of Chocolate cake, but apparently at the Café there will be an assortment from me to choose from. Yippee! Still no rain, heatwaves come and go like a menopausal woman, so I am hydrating all the time. Water, water, water! So from my album's of Europe I show you a photo of our Cruise Liner docket in the Piraeus Port on route to Athens. Keep it real and have a fun Friday! Kalimera Katerina xx

Don't like chocolate cake? Help me out here. I don't understand that phrase. Is it actually English? Not something I've ever come across!!

@Inlemay And what about coffee cake...? The type that has coffee in it, not the European 'Sandkuchen'...

I'm glad you're feeling better. I hope you have a good 'tea' and enjoy the cake. I love the picture.

thank you , I kept the cake to the bear necessities and home made lemonade rather than tea. My tummy is still a little messed up

I saw the film years ago but enjoyed it at the time although I've forgotten most of it now. When we were away we were continually losing track of what day it was.

As soon as I saw your title, the old movie came to my mind. I remember I saw the movie with my beloved Daddy, I was not yet married, so it was before 1971.

My goodness that looks like a floating town more than a boat. Your title reminded me of my first trip abroad. It was a coach tour of 8 countries in 14 Days and cost £47 this was an expensive all inclusive tour others offered the same but were only bed and breakfast and so cost £ 29 this was in 1966

goodness me that was a very easy tour at that price but then prices have quadrupled over the years and everything is so expensive. I love travel so I could do with one of those tours every year or so
