Am i losing interest in my job?

Recently i find out that am suddenly losing interest in my job, this started when i was posted from my former office and job, nevertheless, i am an environmental planner or town planner, i was engaged in resettlement of indigenous settlements scattered all over the capital city of my country, i was indeed excited doing that job, the job exposed me to a lot of interesting ideas, people, locations , events with also some notable experiences, i also had a lot of bonding and happy memories with my former colleagues, all these things i missed when i was transferred from my former office, i.e. department of resettlement & compensation, but now i engage in rural development project, working in the satellite towns development agency presently, however i am not fulfilled in this new job, i don't just feel the rhythm or job satisfaction working in this agency, i am presently seeking to be transferred to a new job where i can comfortably enjoy ultimate job satisfaction, what should i do guys or do i continue to suffer in silence. please suggest to me what i should do because i am in a dilemma.
