Now I crave for sandwich. I've checked some recipes before I make one. I think I'm going to make the simple one with fresh vegetables already available in my fridge. I like to have some slices of avocado, tomato, lettuce, and some sauce on my sandwich. That will be my delicious meals for lunch. What do you like to have on your sandwich? Image credit: google image

Wow! Sounds mouth watering. I would like to have that too! I think that is already heavy for the tummy. I love egg sandwich. I haven't tried adding other ingredients yet. I ate that kind of sandwich when I am outside. So you can have lunch without rice?

@Ayuriny I can spend a day without rice at all. But my mom does not like sandwich alone. She says that it feels she does not feel full unless she eats a rice.

@annierose Mostly people in my country are like your mom. Rice is our staple food, that's why we can't eat without it.

Will be use mayo or plain yoghurt? Personally I like mayo better, but yoghurt is a healthier choice. I like to have cheese, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and an egg too.

Plain yoghurt?? It sounds more delicious..and healthier. About the egg, is it boiled or scrambled?

@Ayuriny I like sunny side up, though if the yolk is not hardened, it can make eating messy with the yolk dripping to the floor. Scrambled will not have this problem.

@scheng1 Haha...I see..I don't want the yolk littering the floor.

It depends on my mood but when I Normally eat one its ham or turkey. The. I'll put mayo, on both sides and some cheese in between the meat and I'm good to go. Of course my bread has to be toasted.

I keep mine simple: whole grain bread which is lightly toasted, then turkey ham and cheddar cheese. That's it, no mayonnaise, no mustard, no inion, no pickles, no whatever dressing. I just want to savor the taste of bread, cheese and turkey without any other flavor.
