Coffee At Night?

This is probably not a good idea. I am having a hazelnut flavored coffee tonight. I do not know why I just suddenly craved for coffee at this hour. But here I am, enjoying a cup. Hopefully I will still be able to get some sleep tonight as my day starts very early tomorrow. We have a meeting first thing in the morning and I do not want to be late.

I usually tell myself to take a coffee at night but it is just a thought always, so instead of staying up late I still go to bed on time.

Why would you need it at night? I usually take it whenever I have to pull an all-nighter but tonight is not one of those nights.

@Raine38 I review calls at home, and it is at night that you can get many calls due to time zone...but I'am so lazy to review in the wee of the mornings , I rather sleep on normal time rather than being awake when the whole neighbors is sleeping.

@puroypoi I see. It makes sense. It does have a tendency to mess with your sleeping pattern.

I could not drink a cup of coffee at this hour of the day. It would interfere with my sleep.

@Raine38 I could have used a cup earlier, before dinner, but resisted the thought.

Good for you! I am still part of the grind and will be slave to my alarm clock for many years still. But I can't complain - I am thankful to God that I still have a job and a healthy body to do it.

Tea is great. I Tanikka Paulk love tea. No coffee. Iced tea, hot tea, flavored tea. Enjoy the week. Be blessed.
