So in the last week I experienced my worst/best encounter with pollution I have given some thought of how I and you as individuals could make an effort to effect our collective future.
1. Turn off the water heater after use.
2. Turn the water tap when not in use.
3. Reuse our plastics.
4. Have small plants in our rooms.
5. Use natural air circulation ans sunlight which reduces need of air conditioning.
6. Walk and use public transportation for chores.
7. Take interest in this agenda as it determines our future agendas.
What do you guys do to help our environment?

I do most of those things although in my climate I don´t need either AC or central heating. I recycle jars to make jams that are my Christmas gifts. The jams I make are done with the fruits of my apricot atree. I use all leftovers and as I don´t like to eat the same thing everyday, I have learned to use them in other dishes.
I don´t know how much of what I do is to help the environment and how much it is to help my budget. But it helps both purposes.

Oh, that's really awesome. You know on the more capitalist prospective these are actually economically sound practices and allow us to invest a considerable share of our time on creative alternatives the the television set.
