Why People are so Selfish...

It's human nature to be selfish. I spent time with my relatives I'm shocked not a single appreciation or even not a thanks from them since I literally was nice to them, generous and even tolerating of their no care attitude. I guess the answer to all this selfishness is to ignore it and just spend time with people that truly cares.

I found the same problem here in South Africa, my friends over here are the same. I found that
Chinese culture is way different.
In China your friends can also be regarded as connections. They really help and support each other,
I think I like my Chinese family more, they seem to really care about me, my South African Afrikaaner
family only have their own interests at heart, putting themselves above you.
