Hey everyone. It is a cold and dark morning here at the Jersey Shore. Well, the sun looks like it is starting to rise so at least it isn't pitch black any longer.
I'm up and dressed for my 7 am workout this morning. I made myself a travel mug of coffee to have on the way up to the gym. Hopefully that will help to perk me up a bit as I did not sleep well last night.
Aside from the gym I don't have any big plans for the day which is a good thing. I like it that way.
