Being limited ..

An acquaintance of mine gave a very strong statement of being limited and honestly I still don't understand his perception. The thing is I cannot hold on his views of "being limited" because on one hand he is talking about restricting all relations and just minding his own business and on the other he is violating his own say. I don't understand if he is being double faced or just not understanding what he is uttering from his own mouth . Perhaps this thing is right because when we are over indulged in something or some person all we get mostly is disappointment which eventually leads to distrust. So, for me its good to be myself and help others and my definition of being limited is not being restricted but being stable both mentally and emotionally and I am glad I am moving forward to that . What about you ? :)

My ultimate goal is to be mentally stable but it has been a rough road with lots of ups and downs. Today was a very bad day for me.

@Candy_18 I do try to keep busy and it is a help. I am busy most of the time with my kids.

Indeed it is a rough road and I admit it that is for me as well so one thing that I can suggest you is just try to fool your brain for initial times like any thing that happened has a least effect on you plus go for things which keep you busy like anything of moving out with friends, going for a movie, some games, some work aur anything that keeps you busy , your mind busy so that you won't be able to let yourself think about that .. Do try !!

Sociallly it's hard to be limiting with people. Maybe he's not aware of his own actions and thought process.

I agree with you because even I think that this was a hastly decision made by him without giving it a thought
