Easy Cooking Hacks For Eating Healthy

Philippines

i'm not really a healthy eater cause i eat mostly everything.. but not as much dairy as most of my friends eat. as long as i have my meat or seafoods and rice then i'm fine. i just recently tried eating lettuce. i know, i don't really eat veges from other countries. i only eat cucumber and carrots here... cause it taste really good here. in the Philippines, we eat vegetable soup and fish and rice.. we rarely have meat. we have sauteed spinach and our native vegetable soup. i'm just missing food back from home..
