Even while the Halloween items are on clearance, the stores are putting out Christmas displays, promotionals and food. Enter the sugar cookie pringles. For those who aren't familiar "Pringles" are a particular kind of potato chip sold in tubes. So I walked by the holiday display of Pringles in the tubes decorated in Holiday motifs. Red for original, Green for sour cream and chive and light blue for.... sugar cookie? I re-read it. Sure enough. Incase you didn't trust your eyes there was even a little picture of the the delightful cookie on the package. (My favorite cookie incase anyone was interested.) This got my curiosity up, so for $1.50 I bought a tube. I was wonderin if they put actual cookies in there. Nope! They're not cookies, they are the Pringles chips with a little bit sweetness dusted on them. The flavor is surprisingly good - I like them but I'm not crazy about them. I would buy them again.

I can't imagine sweet Pringles at all. I noticed a Christmas variety, 'Pigs in Blankets' the other day when I was shopping and made a mental note to get some of those over the festive season.

Pigs in a Blanket Pringles? Sounds intriguing. I wonder how it would taste in chip form

@FayeHazel I think it will probably just taste like regular smoky bacon but I'll definitely be getting some to try. I think Pringles do a roast turkey variety for the festive season also.

I've always hated Pringles, but now I'm curious.

AH, if they tasted like little Pringles-shaped sugar cookies, I'd consider them! I don't like Pringles. Too uniform. Give me good ol' potato chips!

Aw @TheHorse - I find the uniformity comforting myself, maybe it's my ocd.

The pringles i have eaten are those that are of a bit salty taste . But with a sugary taste , i doubt if i would like it . I can't imagine the sweet taste of a pringle .

I don't mind Pringles but I find them over-rated

I love Pringles but I can't really imagine sweet ones. I haven't seen them in our shops yet but then I haven't looked at Pringles lately either.
