Filipino People Witnessed Supermoon

We experienced this phenomenon which started at around 7:21 PM of November 14, 2016. Everything started awesome since the moon is shinning so brighter than the usual until I noticed some oval shape formation of clouds right next to it.. Reminds me of a video that I've watched from Facebook about a cloud formation in Israel which looks like a portal to heaven or another dimension. Wind in our place ain't blowing that time so the cloud formation remains the same for a few hours as shown from the picture. At around 7:45 PM, clouds cover the whole part of the moon. Quite disappointed but waited for a few hours until it finally show-up again. Sky is much clearer at around 9:45 PM and you can see some shapes inside the moon (only with my eyes but not with my phone camera). For every Filipino, strange event like this one believed to be connected with some omen or bad luck. For positive people, this is a very beautiful event in life that will happen again after 17 years. They feel lucky witnessing it and they know for a fact that they are the living testimony for every discussion once it happen again in the year 2033. Do other country enjoyed a better view of the moon? Do they also believed about superstition?
