Has anyone tried chia seeds for weightloss? / myLot

My sister gave me a bag of organic chia seeds. I'm wondering if this has worked for anyone. And how did u use them?

How do you drink yours? Does it make you feel fuller? Or does it give you more energy?

I've not heard of them. I've tried a lot of diets and weight-loss things. Slimming world is really good x
