Good night, dear friends. I must go to sleep early as I have an appointment with my oncologist.
I will sleep happily as La Roja (the way we call our national team for the colour of their shirts) won. It was a 3 to 1 with Uruguay and we are a bit more near the Cup at Russia.
My friends brought me a delicious banana cake and I´m eating this (forbidden by the nutriologist) with a bit of butter (another forbidden item).

Enjoy the cake and banana is so good. Its not on my eat list either. I'm eating pretty healthy now. Have a good night.
