What do you do when you depressed or angry?

I am trying ways to help me with anger and depression I have especially when I do not have enough money. I think I should try to spend less and try to earn more. At the same time, I want to know how people deal with their anger and depression they experienced in their lives and what do you do in such situations?

I will try to watch a movie. And therefore I may not focus on my bad feelings any more. Watching movie is one of my hobbies.

I will watch a funny movie, read a book, or meditate. These are just some things that I do that help me. Hopefully you can find something that helps you.

I think anger and depression are the most discussed topic here. Check out previous discussions on this subject. May be something helps you out. As for me I sit down and start counting my blessings..it really works. Try it

Do something you are passionate about, hang out with people..i guess the more we interact with people the more we feel at ease and also it gives a peace of mind...but it depends upon person to person..People deal with depression in many ways but most of them follow their passion to come out of depression, anger etc

I usually watch some motivational movies or videos. When I am very depressed I will doze off until I feel better and wake up refreshing with lots of ideas and ways to deal with the problem.
