i dont think so they hate cricket its like that they dont know the game of cricket.i mean cricket is still not reach in america properly thats why people of america dont know whats that cricket so that why they still like playing american football , basketball , and baseball etc

I don't think America hates cricket. Many colleges play the sport. I just don't think there is room for another national sport. Between Football, Baseball and Hockey the entire year is covered by sports. Soccer has been in the US for a very long time, but is still struggling to become a national past time.

They got their version cricket, it is called Base ball. They never oppose cricket. Only thing they want to make it in shorter duration.

cricket is a game which needs lot of patience to be played, i think americans have not time to play the game instead they are in a hurry to make money...... thats why they hate cricket, i have heard they say cricket is a lazy mans game..... all i could stay is a donkey cannot know what the smell of flower is
