kind of exercise

How many of you exercise daily or on regular basis. If not at present you might have tried it in the past.
Every person has different likes about the exercise that suits them and they enjoy doing it.
Well for me yoga was never my cup of tea. I always found it slow, boring and takes time to deliver results.
I love to do fast exercises mainly zumba of aerobics. The fast music and steps rejuvenate all parts of the body. Visible reault s are markedly seen within a week of start.
I even love to walk and jog.
Well every person is different and so are his likes and dislikes.
Every body is different and the choice should depend on how much their body can exert.
Those who are incapable of fast exercises due to muscle or joint pains should go in for yoga.it will defenitly help them.

@amitkokiladitya i do it alone, thanks for appreciation. Exercising is as important as sleeping and eating, so like you mentioned correctly in your post that everyone should do exercise on regular basis.

Zumba is a lot of fun to do. I do not exercise daily, I am more of a 3-5 times a week. Depending on how I am feeling. It is not easy for me to lose weight, but it helps me go to sleep.

@amitkokiladitya Yes I do, it is normally too hot the exercise during the day and I don't like my mom listening in haha

@amitkokiladitya Funny enough, I was just mentally preparing myself to go work out. I love doing these Walk At Home Videos. I've been too tired to do them lately but hoping to make a habit of doing it every day or night for about an hour.
