transplanting huckleberry bushes

I would like to transplant some bushes and am wondering when this should be done and what conditions do they like best...sun, shade, wet, dry...
Any help would be most appreciated.

I transplanted some a couple of years ago. You need small bushes. and they need to be put in the shade. they like alot of shade and alot of water. I also put wild strawberries with them. Helps to keep the moisture in the ground. They are very hard to transplant and very picky.do it in the early spring or fall..
