She knows where it's soft....

Well, took the dog for a walk this morning, in the rain. She wanted to go the long way (she pulled me that way when we went around the corner) but I told her no, it was too muddy. I'm glad we didn't go that way, because we got pretty wet going around the block. She didn't care, of course, she was going for a walk (and she's part lab, so they're supposed to like water, right?). She did her usual sniffing and a couple of times I had to pull her away from her sniffing, as I just wanted to get home ! When I got home I had to wipe her off, then I vacuumed the living room and the family room for Mom. I came in here to my room to make my bed, and of course there was a dog on it. I put treats in her bed and told her to get the treats, but she just looked at me. Finally I told her firmly to get off, and she did, so I made the bed and put some clothes away and took out some laundry. When I came back, of course Angel was on my bed again. Like Mom said, "She knows where it's soft." I want to take a couple of photos of things to put up on eBay today, so I guess that I'm off to do that next. Hope your day/evening/etc. is going well so far !
