Another year will soon come to its end and a lot of people will surely look forward to the next one. I wonder, base on your observations, what are the best type of businesses that are perfect for 2017.

Real Estate keeps going up and up, so that is where I would invest. My home has gone up in value and the homes around mine that have sold went for a lot more than we paid for this one. My suggestion look for houses in places where you know jobs will be in future years.
