Isn't it true they sometimes our mind runs crazy. Think - think again- think for the 100th time- think for the thousands time..and thinking goes on till something external has the ability to stop us!
Have you ever experienced this? Mind running wild with the vehicle made of "why"...???

There are times when I have to much on my mind with not enough hours in the day and I'm trying to do it all in a short period of time. Yes, I think its all important and hard to decide what must be done now.

Our mind is always filled up with thoughts and many negative and positive thoughts keep travelling in our mind all the time.
You see many things happen in our life and if we are not satisfied with the reasons, we generally ask ourselves - "Why this happened with me?" There cannot be any definite answer to 'why'. May be something was destined to happen, therefore, it happened or May be it was God's will, therefore, it happened or May be something happened due to our past/present karma.
Instead of getting ourselves entangled in the questions 'why it happened to me', we should try to take the next course of action so as to sort out the issue.
