I was addicted to milk tea too much and I was having like 6-7 cups or more per day.
But now I have decided to reduce it to One cup per day... Only as my morning tea.
If I need more than that, I decided to satifty with a plain tea or coffee....
Hope this will work for me...

You're addicted to milk tea, while it's not common to me. I will try to make some milk tea and see if I like it too.

I heard green tea has a lot of health benefit. Is that true? Tea drinkers usually have a lot of info on what they drink. I am a coffee lover but have reduced drinking it. We cannot rely on information about coffee from internet unless the writer provides the source of the information. Right?

25 years ago I could never have imagined myself enjoying tea without sugar but I cut it out and now it would taste strange to me. I seldom had tea without milk but about 7 years ago I tried white tea, which you don't have milk anyway, and enjoyed it. After reading about the health benefits I then cut out milk from black tea as well. Again, I would now not enjoy tea with milk.
I don't need it in coffee either.
Having read your post and written my response, I now feel the need for a cuppa!
