Was out for two days

I went to church yesterday, something I thought of doing for a while. I do not know what forces kept me from going to a mass. I felt I needed to seek refuge, with what's been going on lately. It's hard because even if you have face book, there seemed to be no one else to talk to, specially with problems so serious. I'm just not one of those who experience having chat with real friends, I feel some what alone in that end. I'm glad there's a God to turn to, not expecting anything though. But during the absence I decided to time and exercise even though I was feeling a bit of arthritis. I look at myself in the mirror while doing it and realize I just gained so much weight again Today, I went out and took out the garbage. I didn't walk my dog though because I woke up late and had to be here. I don't think I can make much because of my lack of food and water supply were you're inside a cafe.
