He is pacing back and forth and crying so I know he wants me to go to bed so he can snuggle with me. Do your pets let you know when it's lights out time?
Have a good time mylotting everybody. I will catch up with all of you tomorrow. Bye for now.

@Happy2BeMe Ours are usually OK through the week as we are up before 5:30am anyway. If we don't get up and feed them by 7am at the weekend then they let us know.

lol yes some pets will do that. I am lucky my cats never wake me up but as soon as my eyes open they let me know it is time to eat!

I havenĀ“t had an animal around for several years now. But Misty accepted all my weird ways. If I stayed watching TV until 3 AM, she went to half sleep outside the glass door of my bedroom. She never accepted a dog house. She was where I was.

Princess goes in phases. When the weather gets really wintery she will start demanding we go to bed.

my mum's cat only ever seemed to notice I existed when she was hungry when I'd become her best friend in the world until I had opened the tin after which she would look at me as if I should have simply gone away

@Happy2BeMe I think cats would wipe us out if they learned to open tins themselves

@arthurchappell lol that is true. My fat cat would never stop eating if he could open tins himself.

Too funny. It was all about the food. If she could have opened her own food she wouldn't have needed you at all. Lol

Ours will always want to play Ball outside when its time to go to sleep so I have to play with him a little to get him to settle down then in the morning he is very sleepy.

He is funny too but sometimes when I am really tired its harder to humour him and coax him to come inside. He has only ever been outside one night and he came in the next day quite miffed with his nose out of place he ignored me for nearly a whole week lol.

My cat always waits for me. The moment he sees me get into bed, he jumps in for a cuddle.

Our dogs know when it's bedtime when the tv is turned off. They both run to the stairs knowing it's time for bed

My dog comes to bed with me and if I'm reading with the light on she will cry until I switch it off and snuggle under the covers with her! I didn't think cats were as communicative but I have never had the pleasure of having a cat before.

Cute. My cats are very vocal and communicative but I have had cats that weren't. Dogs are more apt to be.
