I wasn't sure what I wanted to breakfast. i didn't want cereal because...it's cold, I didn't want a bagel because I had that yesterday.
We have English muffins.
We have shredded cheese.
We have a conventional oven.
Bam I just made deliciousness!
It was so good, I am glad I made this choice.

Years ago I went to this little restaurant here in town. I love fish and they had a special that was English muffins with cheese and bay shrimp on them. I thought that sounded so good for my lunch that day. It was devine. I don't what kind of cheese it was but it was so tasty.

In fact there are many choices for the breakfast. I can make different breakfast everyday and they will not repeated at least in a week

Most breakfast things require things I do not have or require eggs which I am allergic to.

our cream cheese went bad, so I couldn't have that. That is probably my favorite breakfast item.
