Good morning.Hump day and the day before Thanksgiving.
I am sure most of us have a lot to be thankful for.
The dinner guest was great.Mike and I like Cheryl new beau.
He is a very likable guy.He all ready invited us down to his house.
They brought us a lovely basket of mini-roses as you can see in the photo.
Mike did a fine job cooking and something extra.
I do not like farewell,but did okay as my eyes moisten some.
She is a great woman and caring.Going to miss her.
Where are you going on Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Sounds like you had a nice visit and that everything went well. The flowers are beautiful. I am jealous of all of you celebrating tomorrow even though we had ours over a month ago now! Happy Thanksgiving!

@amadeo It is only two hours on the interstate, but there is a lot of rain predicted for the rest of the week. I had my tires checked yesterday. Happy Thanksgiving to you and Mike as well.

I hope you and Mike will take advantage of your invitation to visit Cheryl and her beau. Those mini roses are beautiful and so thoughtful. Right now I have two pies (apple and pumpkin) in the oven to take to my daughters house tomorrow

Flowers do look great and it seems you have a good visit. Family can be warm and comforting, yes? In my country we do not have thanksgiving. Perhaps at Christmas we would remember what to be thankful for. Usually we say one thing we are thankful for, say a prayer, and then open our gifts.Nice to meet you.
