Well I washed that in a movie where a Rebel terrorist group that had invaded the nation offered a fast ride to the Hospital to a citizen whose child was terribly injured. I was touched when I saw that. Meaning any man can be nice since no man is the devil himself. So you can start practicing it. Maybe start by doing little things for your siblings, wife, children, and as you continue, it will grow. That's it.
