Acknowledging wrongs: Be swift

Someone tells you, 'Hey you offended me in this or in that...', don't argue with him or with her, be swift to own up to the wrong and apologise. Once you've apologised, it's left to him or her to forgive, that becomes his business not yours, you've played your part by accepting wrongs. I will tell you what accepting wrongs does to you, it secures your own peace. People who never own up that they offended someone loose their peace. They have an unrest inside, and sadly, they know not where it comes from, that it is as a result of those offended folks who they denied offences to. - Think about it

I agree, it lifts your spirit to apologize. Smiles are quick. Even the Bible said we are not to let the sun go down on our wrath, but to make amends quickly. When we do, our world is secure.
