I find country like the USA being civilised to have kids some locked up for life without parole is astonishing. Being tried as adults again this is shameful where is the human heart and compassion for these children. America the only country that I am aware of lock their kids up.
The law should be changed, the lawmakers and the government should look at themselves with shame.

One Question , is this a new account for you? I'm thinking you were on here before with a different name.
We have what is called Juvie or Juvinelle Detention. It's lock up for the kids. Now I am not saying that it is right, but there are some children who have committed a very big crime and shouldn't go un-punished for it. However, I can agree that there should be a re-structuring of the system.

I believe that there are youngsters who should be kept away from the rest of the people as they are very dangerous in spite of their few years.

Some crimes warrant life in prison, such as the two boys that killed their parents. They were good parents, mother abusers. A girl stabbing her mother over and over which was overkill. These teens knew right from wrong. Age isn't a factor in cold blooded murder. It's sad but I wouldn't want a kid like that under my roof, would You?
