Thank God it's Friday!

Sunny friday!! That is according to the weather forecast. Hopefully it will be sunny the entire day.
I'm cooking pork belly and brown rice with grilled veges for todays lunch. Also the polish bacon. All the meat goes to the oven. It will be easy than frying them.
I'm thinking of making a small portion of fruit salad. What do you think?

It is cloudy here today,so are the next few days according to the weather forecast.Sounds that it was a hearty meal !

i wasn't able to make a fruit salad :) i cooked grilled pork belly and veges with brown rice
