The official documentation can be found under "Help" in the menu beneath your username. You should read the Community Guidelines and the Earnings Program FAQs carefully because they explain many things about the site.

Welcome to mylot!
I think the only need you need to learn is to interact with others and for that, you don't need any tutorial instead you can just find discussions which you find interesting and start writing responses on them.

The responses have given you some information. Read and comment on lots of posts, occasionally write one of your own, don't worry about the money and soon you will find yourself earning small amounts. You will only ever earn pocket money here but you can make lots of friends.
