The Age Of Adeline- A Movie Review

An hour and 52 minutes of great story telling. I haven't enjoyed a contemporary movie like I did this one for a long time. Blake Lively and Micheal Huisman play the main rolls. It is pleasant to see two actors who fit together. I get so disillusioned by films with actors who don't fit together and have no chemistry I can see. In a romantic film the two actors have to click or the film is ruined as far as I am concerned. But, these too have it for sure. The movie is a romantic fantasy. In 1937 Adeline Bowman is in a accident during a freak snow storm. She dies in a freezing lake only to have a lightning strike revive her. From then on she doesn't age and remains 29 for many decades. The story of how she meets Ellis Jones and what transpired leads you, the viewer, on quite a ride. I love these type of romantic stories with a bit of fantasy sprinkled in for flavor. Here's the storyline if you are interested:

I have been watching a lot of them. This one was from Netflix. Best I've seen in a while.

@Jessicalynnt .....Maybe so. I see a commercial on for a movie I think I will like and it go right to Netflix and add it to my queue. Then when it comes out they send it to me. It's a few months later than when it shows in the theater but I am okay with that.

@celticeagle to love so many people without coming to a certain end with them - that is sad
