Its sunday.... I prepared meals so early. So I can stay free whole day... * Rice * Potatos with coconut milk * fish curry * coconut sambol * green beans Enjoy your meals... Happy Sunday....

I love eating chicken curry. I haven't tasted fish curry yet. I hope to find a place here that cooks fish curry.

@amandajay Do you usually prep meals the night before? Or do you do multiple days at a time? I have a friend that makes a whole weeks worth of dinners and stores them in the freezer until it is time to reheat them. She spends the a whole day cooking and preparing those things.

@BRiT89 I make meals everyday. And keep left overs at fridge and reheat... I dont make for whole week... But that also a good idea to make foods for entire week and keep in the freezer... Have to try. It will save lot of time
