it is a tired day

every monday is tired to me! And I think it is same to many young person. I am free on weekends ,I will wash some clothes and clean my room on saturday; and on sunday I will walk along in the park to relax. so it is hard to wake up on mondays,it is tired to me all the day. so can you tell me what i can do to solve this problem??
