Healthy Breakfast....Key to good health

Hi Friends,
After being unwell for quite a long time, I have understood one thing very clearly. We have to be in good health to be happy and going. So now I am being told to have healthy food so that I cab recover fast. So my day start with a cup of tea and a healthy breakfast. I love to have sandwiches in breakfast. Home made sandwich with lots of vegetables like carrot, cucumber, onion, fresh coriander leaves, yogurt, cabbage and green chillies... Wow...I love it.
What you like in breakfast? I would love to hear from you all.

someone boiled several eggs earlier today. they took some, but left one. i just ate it with bread (it's almost 8pm here now). i guess that serves as my dinner tonight.

I have taken to having a good bowl of porridge made with milk. That seems to set me up for the day. Sorry to hear you have been unwell and eating healthy will help you mend as you say.

This morning I had a yogurt smoothie with bananas and berries. I also ate some peanut butter. I have coffee to drink as well. Later in the day I may drink some tea.
