Well there are all kinds of pasta and something I like doing is making a pizza from a zucchini, you just spread cheese and sauce on a zucchini that is cut in half (or however you want to cut it) and just put whatever else you want on it.

Substitute zucchini for noodles. You can use it in place of spaghetti or the noodles in lasagna.
