Yesterday, my boyfriend & I both received an email from PayPal, titled "FREE gift inside from PayPal", of course you would think those emails are scams but this one clearly isn't! 
To view if you have this $5 credit log into your PayPal > Wallet Offers PayPal $5
I ended up purchasing two small additional gifts to add to my nephews Christmas bundle. Both are purchased from Bloomingdales and since I'm a member, it's free shipping. Free to be a member too!
What I got?
- Pet Place Puffy Sticker Activity Book by Melissa & Doug - I ended up paying .28 cents.
- Safari Water Reveal Pad Activity by Melissa & Doug - Completely free and even $1 and change to spare
It was nice to read 'Your offer covered your order to Bloomingdales...' Thank you PayPal! 
My nephew will like his activity books.

I sure didn't know PayPal did either. I decided to read more about it and logged on my PayPal - and it's actually an 'offer'. There were two other offers but like $10 off purchase of $40 or more for BaubleBar (a costume jewelry site that I have purchased in the past but I don't need anything there now lol unless it was free $10

You should check your account/email! You might get it too! I saw another member on myLot get this email to yesterday. I hope you shopped via eBates because you get 7% cash back right now for buying on Walmart. That's $1.47 back for paying $21! =)

@infatuatedbby I did. Nothing like it. I never shopped ebates before, but I do see the commercials for it and quidbids too. I saw the same cash back via Swagbucks. But oh well. Maybe next time.

It may have expired now but maybe they'll extend it. Looks like Cyber Monday is now Cyber Tuesday (Lots of stores are doing it)

Yes $5 isn't much but it was a nice gesture of PayPal to do so! They probably sent it out to a lot of people. I was able to get 2 books for my nephew =)

I never really checked but I got a lot of hidden gems (free gifts/money without having to spend much from shopping companies) especially during the holiday season.

@infatuatedbby If you know what to look for it's easy to cash in. But for us, in the Caribbean, it's not worth the trouble. Also, shopping online is not in my lifestyle.It takes a little getting use to.
