I really do not want to go out in the cold. I have been sitting here thinking what to eat. Soup at lunchtime was interesting as I just pulled a container out of the freezer and shoved it in the microwave. I THINK it was mushroom soup. Anyway it looked the right colour Now the question is. Where did I put the marmite and are there still tomatoes in the fridge. If nof there will be a problem and I will have bare toast and coffee. OK I know I am burbling as I have cabin fever.

A delicious spread. It was a staple for teatime during the sixties. Yeasty, tangy. Has a picture of it.
That was a saying we used as kids - 'Ma-mite, but pa wont!' Did you ever use that phrase? Yesterday I was perusing through all the writings and @Owlwings new...

Lol, love it. "It looked the right color." =) What is marmite? I've heard of it but I've never really known what it is.

I love having both of those on toast - individually. I am assuming that you don't have both together.

We never get cabin fever in Australia. And we've having beautifully warm and sunny days at the moment. Lucky us.
