That is a quote from my cardiologist. He took my blood pressure which was 124/72 and he said "Go ahead and live your life, you are doing great. Whatever you are doing keep doing it cause it's working!" He gave me the go ahead to go back to the gym which was wonderful news. I have to go back and see him in 3 months for a follow up. He kept telling me how good I looked and how my coloring was back to normal. He told me I looked so much better then I did the last time I was there. I left there feeling great.

I have just been watching my salt intake, trying to get my exercise in and trying to control my stress which is a difficult one for me.

I worked in a hospital as a healthcare assistant for a few years...that BP is what we'd see as pretty much perfect

Doctors will perhaps give advice. But seldom it is good.But hearing it is terrific she can continue with routine at least.
