Credit Card Fraud

Has anyone ever experienced credit card fraud? I have and it was really stressful. I felt like I'd been violated. As well as spending hundreds on clothes they also signed up to a Netflix subscription which I only discovered a month after I initially found out when my card was charged. The subscription even went through on my new card until the bank told me it was my responsibility to stop it even though they knew I could ask for the money back. I was really surprised by this because it seemed like the bank didn't really want to take any steps to help me or help themselves save money from the criminals! I felt as though they were so used to it happening that they didn't care!

After issuing the Card the bank does not even care. I tried to close my cards after paying all the due but they are not even helping to close my card they are just keep on transferring my call and it gets disconnected after 20 or 30 mins.

I hate trying to speak to my bank on the phone. I end up going in circles and saying the same thing to five or six different people!

Thats really frustrating. Did you get your money back? My car was broken into a year or so ago and silly me I left my wallet inside - they only charged $30 on my debit card which my bank refunded after I filled out some forms. Sory you feel this way, it sucks!

Oh, sorry to hear what happened to you. Yes, I managed to get the money back but it took a lot of phoning the bank and speaking to many different people.

I guess you have been violated if it has actually started costing you money.
