Got My Boots!

I had completely just forgotten about getting the chance to get myself a new pair of boots but my hubby took me to walmart after my last class so I could get them. I found a good pair at a good price. These ones have more of a heel but I don't think it will be much of a problem for me. I walked around in them trying them on to be sure they'd be comfortable. How often do you go buy new shoes? Do you just try on for size or do you walk a bit to see how it will be when you walk in them? Do you try to get specific colors?

I love boots! I'm not really a fan of having a lot of shoes though. I would rather buy other things. At the moment I have a pair of boots that I wear with everything. They are dark gray. I usually get one pair of shoes at the start of each season, unless the ones from the year before are still in good shape. But to be completely honest..I'm a huge flip flop person. I wear them even in the winter sometimes lol. What shoes do you like the most?

@BRiT89 well my feet end up really hurting after walking around in them a while. I think it is the lack of arch support

Good to hear you got your new boots :) When I shop in stores ~ I will try them on and walk around. Online no choice ~ but I can return them if I don't like them..

I always walk around in new shoes - just up and down the aisles - to try to make sure they'll be comfortable. Usually the colour isn't important.
