Trouble Sleeping

I Can Sleep Very Easily All During The Day , But Sleepin At Night is Hard . I Use To Think It Was My Phone , But I Discovered That It's Not . They Say If You Take A Nap During The Day You'll Have A Harder Time Falling Asleep At Night . BUT for the last 2 weeks , I haven't been taking a nap during the day and still have a hard time falling asleep .
Does anyone else have this problem ? I looked my symptoms up & they said it's called "Narcolepsy" . Should I Goto The Doctors & Get It Checked Out ?

I agree that technology is one huge factor that can cause sleep deprivation. Do not use your phone at night anymore and read a book until you feel sleepy. That can help a lot because it helped me before.

Hi! I am new here too! I experienced difficulty sleeping at night before and trust me, your gadgets have a very big factor why. I suggest you get rid of those at night time and drink milk before bedtime. Also, do not sleep too much in the morning as you will unlikely sleep in the evening. Hope this helps you.

Hello there
I had this problem a lot when I was younger and I found that sleep hypnosis worked really well for me, I just youtubed it. Yes I know not some medical marvel but seriously it worked for me, I would say when it comes to sleep before you resort to sleeping aid buy over the counter pills try every other option hypnosis was the one for me maybe it will be for you
