Great Day!

We're on the same department! My mum sometimes nag at me for not trying but yeah, I'm cool with that because I love my mum and she cooks really well. A little help in the kitchen won't hurt me and I bet my girlfriend will be happy to know that I don't just slouch in the house, what you think?

I was just observing my mum do it! It's pretty simple and easy. Directions: Put the chicken in a bowl and season with the salt, garlic powder and black pepper powder. Add the egg and mix until evenly distributed. Pour the cornstarch gradually while mixing, to coat the chicken finely. Heat the cooking oil in a deep small pot until very hot and then fry the chicken until golden brown. Try making yours at home too! Pretty easy and heavenly! @Harriet1993
