Now my day has turn to night and my night has turn to day. I sleep in the morning and wide awake at night. What to do with you insomnia? Been experiencing this since college days. Sometimes I feel scared because it's not good to not acquire the proper amount of sleeping hours and there are times that I just go on with whatever it is that I'm doing. Seriously self, start living healthy now.
So I'll sleep now. Ciao!

@annastasiaaaaaa Are you worried about something? Or any major change in life? Just guessing what could have caused it to come back.

@shaynas Honestly yes. I have so many worries lately. I keep on thinking these worries that I forgot the time.

I already did but He just said I'll be fine if I do very normal things in the morning, proper diet, exercise and milk plus reading books before bedtime. It helped me before but recently, this dilemma is back.

Not nice not being able to sleep properly. I understand that if you have really bad problems with that you can go and get medical help of a special sort. Not entirely sure what it is but I think it works pretty well too. DonĀ“t even know what you call the Treatment exactly either. Hope it helps.

I would try to change the routine too just in little steps to see what could be causing it. I had to take something to be able to sleep at night once too that was for 15 days but I dropped all that and stuck it out and got back to normal sleep eventually.

@lovinangelsinstead21 I envy you. I hope to be back to my normal sleeping hours as soon as possible. Stress is also one the reasons why people lack sleep.

I am more wide awake at night too! Maybe you need to do something tiring yourself out so you can sleep at night? And wake up earlier in the morning. :)

Yes. Maybe I also need to lessen my sleeping hours in the morning for me to feel sleepy at night!

That is how my body works, my sleep time always changes though. I work on writing until I can actually fall asleep. Have you tried any methods to help you fix your schedule?

Yeah I did. I usually set an alarm everyday indicating my "go to bed" time and waking up time. Sometimes I read books before I sleep but lately, my body is not cooperating with any of these.

As long as you get the rest you need even if it is in the daytime is better then getting no sleep at all.

That's what my doctor said. But my mom was never convinced because she said I looked pale. Anyway, I am trying to get a good sleep everyday. That's a constant battle. Good thing you don't have this kind of issue.

This is Exactly The Problem w. Me ! I No Longer Used Technology At Night Either . So I Learned That It's Not/Wasn't My Phone .. I Just Want To Be Able to Get Proper Rest .

@annastasiaaaaaa , yeaaaa . It is kinda hard , because technology is addicting. All you want to do is be on your phone or computer , which makes you stay up . I can totally understand because some nights it's hard for me to get off my phone .

As for me, I think technology is one of the reasons really. I feel so engrossed when I used my phone or my laptop forgetting the time but I could not stop. Haaay. Still trying and trying everyday. I managed to conquer this one few months back but it came back last week.

@httpkiyaaa We can really relate to each other because we're going through the same dilemma. I cannot even advise my hard-headed self sometimes. You know, by nature I am really stubborn.I really hope to change ways asap.
