If I were you I would just say no. There is not much sense in adopting an animal if you are not ready and able to care for it. A pet is a huge commitment and not one to be taken lightly.

You xan take the canine to local dog hospital where they have facilities to take care of stray animals incase you are not yet ready. ... While dogs are best friends to humans but require a lot of care.... Also this being a stray, you might have to check on vaccinations as well incase you want to keep it... But it's better to let a facility take care of the stray dog.... Keep smiling and sharing.... Happiness Always.... :)
