Need recipe for home made apple sauce,pear to

All the Apple sauce in the stores have Suger in it I do not think Apple sauce should have Suger in it a little bit of cinnamon. What do you think I'm trying to change my diet to lose weight And we're I live there plenty of Apple trees.and pear to.ok that it for this one.

Mmm I havent tried apple sauce...but its delicious when you eat them with little salt and pepper

We make apple sauce all the time! I just peel the apples, chop them up, and throw them in the crock pot (slow cooker) with a little bit of water. I wait til it gets very soft to the point where all I have to do is stir it up with a fork (my family likes it a bit chunky). And then I add as much cinnamon to it afterwards as each person wants it. Simple and no sugar. I know there are recipes online where you can do the same, but by either using the oven or microwave oven . . . but I like the crock pot because I just let it sit there.

we have apple sauce in the store here without any additives. its good i like to make home made fruit roll ups with the applesauce. its healthy and the kids love this.
