In spite of ever-rising marriage breakdowns and leading a stressful life, people across the world seem to be happier. Is it attributable to economic prosperity? To freedom? Or to something else? I am trying to workout. In course of time, all of you will hear from me. You considered opinion is solicited fast.
Over to you.

today the people on this planet are ever increasing to the pressures of fitting in or looking in from the outside.. the richer get richer and the poorer get poorer..happines comes from within and happiness is something that is found only in how we feel about ourselves, to project these feelings... is love and understand oneself and accept the person you are instead of trying to keep up with the person next door... really ask yourself what you really want/ what you really need in life regarding being happy..stress is part of everday life and there is no way to avoid it

If you realy want to be happy nothig in this world can stop you! The sources positive emotions are inside your brain! Your behaviour is related to your brain and your emotional inteligence keep you happy or not! Controle yourself and you shell be happy! I suggest try it!
