It's been a month since Freya has joined our family, we've decided to keep her. She's really developing an attitude now, they say all tortishell cats have a certain attitude. It's obvious that she has that attitude as well. She sees this black cat that wonder's outside, two stories down, walking around the parking lot and she hisses from her window sill ledge (I don't think they were friends when she lived out side). Her diva side has shown through. I can't place any adhesive clings to the wall where she can grab them becasue she'll rip them off. She thinks every little piece of string, every hair tie, and every piece of paper is her's she'll pick it up trot with pride and put it in her cardboard box that she calls hers. I don't know how many kitten scratches I have on my hand because she thinks all I am is somebody to play with. She also thinks Monkey is someone to play with and he's too old and set in his ways to want to play with her, at least he's allowing her to eat. Too bad he doesn't want to play. She won't even let me type anything because she has to climb on the keyboard asking to be played with. We're preparing to have her spayed in the next month and a half, through the local animal group an online friend of mine is a part of, since she was a stray, and the group helps with spaying cats. Freya and I have even thought about having her own torti-cat blog, once I can move around my other blog schedules a bit, so she can be the diva she is.
